No BBC channels on our new EE box

Hi, any suggestions.

I installed our new EE TV box yesterday. Everything worked fine but when the channel scan was completed there were no BBC channels either normal or HD. Our roof aerial runs via the EE box to the TV and the Internet connection is hardwired.

BBC reception to the TV is fine on all channels when the box is off. 
I’ve rescanned the channels twice, no change.

Hi Andy, the description sounds as if TV signal strength for the BBC PSB channels is below threshold from your aerial. If it is "marginal" then it may be the TV has enough signal amplification circuitry to display the channel where the TV Box scan doesn't. 

You could feasibly change mode to IP to get BBC, ITV and other PSB channels from the internet rather than aerial  but that would require a factory reset to enable. 

I'll drop you a PM  to get some more details on your TV Box to run some checks and advise on what options there are.
