Not getting the service I'm paying for

JJust trying to catch up with The Gold on YouView/BT TV. 

| get a short burst of streamed TV and then just the wheel of doom, then the message that "something has gone wrong.."  I've managed about 20 mins of content in the hour I've been attempting.

I'm paying a lot for a service that isn't delivering.  Anyone able to suggest an alternative?

Adaptors? Powerline adaptors? Look no further for the source of your problem.

The best alternative is to ditch them and use an ethernet cable connection.  In the mean time try resetting the adaptors.  It may also be worth keeping track of any other electrical equipment plugged into the same ring circuit as the adaptors as a possible source of interference.
