I have NOW TV as part of my TV package. However, I cannot access NOW TV through the App or on other devices - Only through the television connected to the TV box. The app does not recognize my BT login details. Any assistance welcomed please. Thanks
When you ordered the Now TV package, you were asked for an email address. An email will have been sent to that address, asking you to set a password for your Now TV account.
