Now TV App

The Now TV App will not load on my EETV Youview box. All other Apps load and work fine. The Now App just starts and sticks on a revolving  circle symbol.

Try turning off the YouView box at the mains, power cycling your router, and then when it is stable again, restarting the YouView box.

You don’t say how the YouView box is connected to the router, but if via PLAs, power cycle these as well.
