Now TV subscription - wrong email address

Hi All,

I am just in the process of setting up all the TV addons that come with my BT package, but I am stuck with Now TV because the email address is (a) incorrect and (b) not recognised by Now TV.

Do I need to talk to someone at BT to get the linked email address changed?

If you haven't sorted this already then email me at tv.apps@bt.com with your account number, and I can reset it.
Note: it's currently linked to an email address for Amanda.
