Now app auto log in

My BT pro box auto signs you in to the now app with the account linked to BT. I have a separate now account which I use for sport as have it on an offer so much cheaper than getting it through BT. The issue is that you have to sign out of the app on the pro box every time which is really annoying. 

I’ve read on here somewhere before that it may be possible to get this feature switched off (the auto log in) but when I tried to speak to BT customer services about it, they said it wasn’t possible. 
Any ideas?

I would try using a Firestick or Roku stick for your other Now account for sport. 

I think the now accounts through BT are only designing to work through one linked account.

I can log out and in with the other account but it auto signs out every time which is annoying. Wanted to see if anyone had a solution as I’d seen something similar posted once before!
