Now gv
Oh how I hate now tv / bt / ee.
we have bt. Now tv and sky big sports with the boost.
Tried to watch Liverpool game. Now tv says exceeded devices. Cannot find anywhere to do anything. Just keeps looping around with ee tv. Cannot do ee tv app as nothing in there. Go to now tv setting, says need to manage via ee tv. Goes back in loop, cannot change or check anything. Go to my bt, nothing in there, can’t do anything. Nowhere can do anything. Boost is 3 devices, only trying to watch on 2 mobiles……
what BS is BT

Re: Now gv
It’s important, when exiting a Now session or a Now channel on the extended EPG, to do it correctly. On the app, don’t just switch away from the running stream, and/or turn the device off.
On the EPG, be sure to move to a non-Now channel, which will decrement the sessions count.
On the app, make sure you cleanly exit the stream; as long as you do that, so Now detects the orderly shutdown and decrements the running sessions count, you don’t even need to exit the app. Always cleaner to do so, though.
With the streams count decremented, you can move to watching Now on a different device instantly. Without, you have to wait up to 20 minutes for Now to eventually notice that the session has gone, and only then will it decrement the count and let you use a different device.
Nothing BT or EETV have any control over; purely the way Now operates.
Note though, that from time to time the session count can get out of touch with reality, in which case it won’t come right in 20 minutes. If you think this is what has happened here, you need to get onto Now Live Chat, and have them resync it for you.
