Having issues with pairing the pro box to my app. Òpen app follow instructions the get to the screen that's says make sure box is on and press next..... once I press next the app goes back to the main screen and the process stops. Tried both box and app restart and even re installed the app but still the same.
You've not mentioned wifi networks in your checks - are the app and BT Pro box connected to the same wifi network?
I'm connected via ethenet for the box. Do i need to reconnect the box using WiFi then??
Yes, I think you need to connect your Pro Box to the wifi. To do that I think you need to remove the ethernet cable. Once you have connected to wifi you can go back to using the ethernet.
(I also connect to my Pro Box via ethernet. But I had connected the Pro Box to wifi when I first got the Pro Box).
