I have just done a Full Factory Reset.

My Smart TV does not have a Now App.

@Tel2 Your Pro box has the NOW app and will login automatically when connected to your broadband.

Sorry I was referring to my Ariel sourced Freeview System.

My Pro box is all via Ethernet.

Any ideas please.?

For a period of time a perfect picture & then Pixalation starts with a vengeance.

Worst in the evening/night period.

Speed is c.485 mbps.----Box is warm, not hot.

The Expert arrives tomorrow. Yesterday, EE sent me Apple TV & a Return KIT Pack.(an Omen)

Have you tried to use the NOW app on your Pro box as I suggested to you? The Apple TV box that they have sent you doesn’t use multicast like your Pro TV box does. If your problem is with multicast, then that would be the way around it. Let’s see what the expert says tomorrow though.

EE cancelled todays appointment with half an hour to go.

Now arriving next week.

EE have found a Broadband problem with an Engineer coming next Monday & a TV Expert Tuesday.

The Broadband has High Latency & drops to half the guaranteed Speed.

I am surprised @ my Tolerance & EE Customer Services are ringing me to see if I am content Tuesday lunchtime,

@Tel2 I would respectfully suggest that now that you’ve been switched over to EE broadband and have been supplied with an Apple TV box that is not available to BT Broadband customers with EETV, it might be better to discuss this with the EE Community rather than on here.

My Contract is with BT .

Minimum High-Speed guaranteed Broadband & BT/EE Full Works Package.

Good Price 24mnth BT Contract.

The System changed me to EE with a 30% Price Increase which I rejected.

Neither Contract has started because HD Pixalation dominates.

Tech Guy attended & connected WiFi whilst changing the Router to Level 2.

Looked very promising and the Issue was much reduced but not erased.

I have rejoined Sky

@Tel2 Thanks for letting us know. I’m sorry that things didn’t work out for you, as I know that going back to Sky would be more expensive for you. I hope that you were able to get a good deal with them.
