Hi, I've noticed recently particularly when watching ITV the picture skips/judders every 10 seconds or so.
I've turned off frame rate matching to no effect.
Also, it occasionally reboots for no apparent reason.
Any ideas what could be the issue, faulty box maybe??
Thanks.

What’s the box?
Sorry, its a BT box pro.
Go to Settings/Factory Reset and do a Factory Reset (Keep Recordings).
This will ensure that your Box Pro’s software is how it should be.
It may not fix the issue, but should at least rule out a local Box fault as the cause.
Not yet tried a reset.
Paused TV this afternoon to make a cuppa, came back and pressed play, nothing happened when i pressed play just froze.
Had to power cycle the box to regain control but lost the ability to play paused program.
Im starting to think the box is faulty.
Now tried a factory reset, we'll see if that's sorted it.
I have a T4000. My recorded programmes also judder, like it has skipped a few frames every 10-20secs. It seems to get better sometimes later into the recording. I tend to use the skip forward at the start of the recording. Not sure if this makes it worse.
Hi @Ccy, welcome back to the Community.
Have you tried doing a reset on this like @Midnight_Voice recommended?
There are a couple of different options, including keeping your recordings, and you can find these details here:

Thanks Peter
resetting the box ( keeping recordings) seems to have worked.
