I have the problem that I can’t activate prime video, my order says awaiting activation click here to activate but nothing happens, I get the message below and I’ve tried numerous times. I need help from someone who understands this problem. I’ve rang BT more than once and also put a complaint in, I’ve had this problem since the 18th of January this year.
