While checking to see if my box could update from 6.112 (it can't), I tried to check for app updates. The Pro Box returns an error that it can't update apps. In true BT tradition, it refers me to bt.com/tverrors which contains no reference to this error whatsoever.
So can the apps not update because the software is out of date or something else?
This is the message I have received in the past few days.
It used to be a fairly common experience on the Humax supplied BT models which Youview seem to not addressed over the years.
This particular scenario could possibly be related to the ITVX changes ie some updates are there waiting but are not yet being released to the box. I guess we will know that later this week.
It's definitely new for me. I've regularly checked both as the Box is now missing the last two update, but the app check has always completed until yesterday.
