Pro Box catch up picture quality

My old box DT4000 died and a replacement Pro box arrived yesterday.

This morning a watched last week's Hungarian Grand Prix on Ch4 catchup. The picture quality was reminiscent of a VHS tape and unwatchable. Has any other viewer found the same?
