Pro box recording problems since November software update

Been a big fan of BT pro box.  Always been quite reliable.  I was one of the initial triallists.  However things have taken massive step backwards after lastest software update in November which initailly wiped myTV guide and all recordings.  Despite several software and factory resets to try and save recordings , all lost and ended up with empty box.  Not stable since and tonight once again all recordings showing Failed to record on the icons and box is once again showing 100% free memory.  What is going on?   Has anyone else had this issue?  Is there a fix?
