I have Netflix as part of my BT package. However, when I try to sign in, netflix keeps picking up my son's email address and saying I need to upgrade to a household account.
I have tried signing him out and have even done a factory reset on the TV box but it still reverts to his email - is there a way to change to my email?
Use a browser to log into your account, or if it won't let you, use your son's log on that does let you log on then go to "Account" and then "Membership and Billing" and check that your email address showing there. If it is your son's email address click on "Change email" and set it to yours.
