Why am I going to be charged for britbox on the 11th April when I’ve had an email saying I’m not getting it anymore?
Hi @Rolothedog can you elaborate? Is this a direct debit payment for a bill produced in the last couple of days? Package fees are always charged in advance so if a service is stopped part way through that rental period a refund is credited to the following bill.

The bill was received 3 days ago and will be taken from the account on the 11th April. Thanks
@Rolothedog If the service is due to be cancelled after the bill was produced you'll be automatically refunded the advanced charges on the following bill.

Took me three attempts to cancel Britbox and got three refunds so I am disinclined to use add-ons
It’s been discontinued now so no need to worry about that.
