Re: Problems with pixilation of programmes

Originally, the aerial WAS in the loft, which my hubby did for us.  Of course,my hubby checked the stations were ok bothwhilst he put the aerial first of all in the loft, then secondly,on our outside wall of our living room.  He has a head for heights,as he used to in his younger working days climb all over roofs of buildings,as he was a time-served plumber.  He also in both cases pointed the aerial to the transmitter that picked up the signals in this area that everybody else is using and made sure the stations were good each time.    It seems to be the weather knocks off the signal on the television programmes.

Regarding the unplugging of the aerial to check the box,it will be the one test we haven’t done!  If we find it is the box, will get onto BT to sort out a new one!  Thank you for that tip.  Will give it a try and see what happens.  Ironically,at the moment, the station reception is great for ITV1, Channel 5,Quest Red,Really television.  Let us hope it stays that way!  Thank you everyone.
