I have the same error code on my youview. I dont want to do factory reset, as will lose all my recordings. Could you please provide the solution, or advise who in BT I need to speak to.

The fix isn’t supposed to need a Factory Reset:-

BTP-115C, BTP-20000

Follow these steps to try and fix these BT TV errors:

  1. Restart your Hub and wait for the broadband light to go blue
  2. Reboot your TV box by flicking the switch at the back
  3. Retry the service
  4. If you're still having an issue please contact the BT TV Helpdesk >
