I am having the same problem  but only with BBC 1 East HD (internet mode).

Last week I was getting an error message not having access to BBC 1 East HD. I rebooted the hub and did a box reboot and the channel came back. Since then when I record BBC 1 East HD I get the error message unable to show this recording and the error code IPC6023. I have followed the online guide and still no resolve.

Hi @Jonty1964 and thanks for posting.

I've moved your post so we can look into this for you. Can you just confirm how are you connecting the box? Is it directly to the hub or via adaptors?

Hi

Thanks for your quick reply.

I am connected to the hub directly currently by ethernet cable. I had until this morning been wifi.

I am still having the same problem. Did another test tonight. I recorded two programmes at the same time one on BBC1 East HD (Alan and Amanda Italian Job) and the other on 5HD (Cruising with Susan Calman). The 5HD programme recorded but the error message appeared for the BBC1 East HD programme

After speaking to a BT tech last week, the box was reset, a few other checks done, the problem I had has now been resolved
