Remote Control Issues

My BT remote has suddenly stopped working, I've changed the batteries, rebooted the box several times, reset the remote & tried to reconnect remote using the LG code (but it won't switch off the TV or go any further).

Any suggestions ?

If your remote is infrared you need to check the infrared led.

You can do this by pointing it at your phone's camera which will show you the glow from the led when a button is pressed.

No glow means a new remote.
