Remote not working

Remote not working at all. Changed batteries and restarted but still not abke to do anything.

Double-check the polarity, and if possible the voltage, of the batteries you have inserted.

Look at the business end of the remote through a smartphone camera. Do you see flickering?

What device is this remote for, though? If it’s a Bluetooth remote there may be nothing to see 😢

I think if its this

 remote if you press any  button there should be a light up just above the top  power/onoff button.

If it is

then pressing any button should show a light at the top of the BT button.
