Return BT TV box unused

I have a bt tv subscription package including bt sport, entertainment and netflix and received a bt tv box which i do not require as i access the service on my smart TV

I want to return the box and continue with my bt package as before

i do not have a return label or other items can anyone help

@Dovid1 No, you can’t return the box if you want to maintain your package.

Put the box in a cupboard and return it when your subscription ends if it is not being used. Trying to return it will likely lead to a world of contract hurt, cancellation charges and general pain.

Hang on to the box as it's useful for recording live sport. There's bound to be occasion when an event you want to watch clashes with another commitment. By having it recorded you're not at the mercy of TNT putting a replay online & can watch it when you want.
