Hi, i’ve noticed that recordings that I schedule from the EEtV app no longer sync to the main EETV box. What do i need to do to fix this?
You'll need to cancel the current pairing and then pair with your box again (from My TV - Settings).
Before you go, go to the My TV tab in the app, and select Recordings. Does it show an error there?
We have an update coming in about a week that will better recognise when it has broken, and try to fix it automatically.
