Series Link not recording

Hallo, I was here a few days ago with a problem with my Youview box. BT have sent me a replacement..... and this is faulty, too, but it's a different fault. Programmes set to record individually are recording OK, but those under Series Link are only recording the first few minutes (or even seconds).

 

Has anybody come across this problem before and been able to fix it? A "Factory reset, keep recordings" did not change anything.

@FitzoliverJ  As it a newly supplied replacement box reporting the new problem  to BT is advisable.

I would suggest setting a series record for either Cheers or Frasier on C4 and checking the results  (both those programs normally have 3 consecutive programs  on weekday mornings.)
