Series Link not working for Channel 4 HD programmes next week

We have the Pro tv box and have a few programmes series linked. One of these is Junior Bake Off on Channel 4 HD and the series link from next Monday 13th appears to have not been carried across.

Upon further examination, it appears that the series link isn’t working for this channel next week at all. However, it is still operating for this week’s programmes. Junior Bake Off is on every week day this week.

@Brucemeister5  That is because C4 data is missing  Series CRID data for  that programming , those series CRIDs are missing from the Freeview programming data supplied  (in my case the Crystal Palace transmitter).  Someone needs to refer to C4 (directly or via Youview).

I believe the problem affects programmes from 6am ish on Saturday (11th) onwards and currently affects several days programming thereafter.

where you can see the Series CRID top row right, and below is Mondays’s programme, with Series CRID missing:-

The YouView box relies on Series CRID to know what programmes are in the series, and Programme CRID to identify individual programmes, so you will be able to record this programme individually, but until Channel Four supply the Series CRIDs, not via Series Record.

The issue appears to have been resolved at some point earlier today.

Yes, my YouView box tells me that Mondays’s JBO now carries a Series CRID.
