I'm need to return a BT/EE pro box and need a replacement returns kit.
After a lot of messing around having orders canceled due BT system error. They sent me a tv box, once I had received it and installed it I received a Message that I needed to return the box as it was sent in error. so I phoned BT tv to find out what was going on and they put me through to EE where I eventually place my order while orderingI asked about the tv box I had received and did I need to return the tv box I received which she said no! I received to bags today but muddled up the BT returns label with the EE label so obviously I need a replacement BT returns label/kit or can I send both TV box from BT and BT router and wifi disc in the same package?
tried going on My.Bt as supposedly you can get a new label but I can't find this link to do this.

We don't want you to be worrying that your kit has reached the right place, so I'd love to see what we can do to help with the confusion. Do all the labels have the same address, or will things be heading to diferent places?

They both have the same delivery address on the labels. But I’m assuming the bar codes relate to what items your sending back.
It might be best to give our team a call, and they will be able to confirm which item should be sent with which bag, just to put your mind at ease @mikethorpe.

Make sure you keep the proof of posting!
Even if you send the right item with the correct label, BT don't seem able to register the return properly.
So many people have had problems if they don't have that proof even if sent back correctly.
