Series link Channel 465

This may belong on an old thread but cannot trace it. Have noticed recently no series link on Channel 465. Anyone else with same problem.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

When you say you noticed no series link, is that when you have one set up and it is not recording, or are you not able to set one up?

Just to check as well, is it TNT Sports Ultimate you are trying to record?

Does the same happen on channel 433?

Which TV Box are you using?

Thanks @Michael_D I used to have series link on Channel 465 but for some reason it is now not happening.  I was checking I was recording last Saturday  Villa v Arsenal and no recording was set up. Ibwent to the EPG to amend and only got  a choice to record this one match not a series. Don't think I would be able to record channel 433 at same time.

When you mention having a series link here, was it for a particular teams matches, or just for any live match that was screened?

For what it’s worth @david1982  I had a look at the current EPG  as it stands this evening and my view is that none of TNT sports1 HD ,  TNT Sports Ultimate SDR and TNT Sports Ultimate  HDR  channel entries for the live broadcast on Sat 6 December between 11:30am and 2:55pm  of  Aston Villa and Arsenal Premier League game , identified it as part of a series. Specifically no SeriesCrid  seems to have been provided in the EETV EPG by the data providers.  Other programming on 465 does at times have data (series crids) to identify programming such as the FA cup , tonight’s UEFA champions league game and next Saturdays evening Arsenal Premier League game.

So likely to be a EPG data issue which EETV and TNT Sports need to resolve  and they seem to have pushed back resolution for the TNT Sports channels  to January.

@zulu17 @Peter_W @Michael_D just checking with this weekends lunch time game and notice on channel 465 I can only record that game but on channel 433 I can set up series record

Hi @david1982  looks like something may have changed as tonight I see Series Crids on both the  433 and 465 channels for the lunchtime Manchester United v Tottenham Hotspur game tomorrow.

@zulu17 yes have just checked and same here. Thanks again for your help. Now I just need to sort out Appletv+.
