Over the last couple of weeks I’ve noticed that the graphics on tv programmes start jumping and flickering but turning my tv box off and on again seems to stop it. Until the next time it starts again on another day. Any ideas what’s causing it?

@Alcodoll Sounds like your box is poorly. Worth trying a reset. If that doesn't work, I'd call tech support as it might need replacing.
