Switching from Aerial to Internet

Hi,

Recently had BT Full Fibre and TV installed. During the TV setup it asked whether I want to use the aerial or the internet for terrestial channels and decided to use the aerial. When the setup was complete I noticed I was getting some pixelation through the aerial and decided I want to switch to the internet to stream channels. However, during the setup it said I could only change from aerial to internet by doing a factory reset. I performed two factory resets, one using the internal software under the TV box options, and the other using the reset button on the right hand side of the box. Neither one has provided me with the option to switch over to internet streaming. It seems to bypass that option when going through the setup.

Is there anyway I can switch to internet streaming? I'm using the BT TV Pro box.

Try removing the aerial from the rear of the box and then factory reset.

It should then allow you to select the option of Freeview channels over IP.

Yes remove the ariel i left it in after change over ..few days later found some channel woul not work ....for some reason the box had reverted from internet to the ariel ,

now removed it stays on internet
