TV Guide HD/UHD filter not correct

If I select the HD & Ultra HD filter in the TV Guide, it includes channels which are not HD in Legend, True Crime and True Crime Xtra.

Anyone else?

Picture on Legend and True Crime looked really good in SD last night, much better than anything aerial based (or Satellite).

At times, it was only the on screen text that gave it away.
