Having accepted instruction that Update is available, update has now frozen. Says 100% complete but will not restart. cannot get out of screen.

Sorry. After waiting for over an hour for the service to restart I tried the old 'turn it off and start again'. Turned off box, TV, router at power source. Waited ten minutes or so and then started everything again and it is now working.

I do not know how to cancel the original post so sorry to have wasted anyone's time.
