TV will not pause, rewind

Hi, I am new to the BT TV and have a Pro box.

I do not seem to be able to pause, rewind this is on any channel.

Does anyone know how i can resolve this issue please. I am sure it is an easy fix but I am unable to find an answer

All sorted.  for those that know I used the ID-10-T switch 😂

Working in IT as I do. I forgot the first thing to try. 🤷🏻‍

And that is, turn it off and reboot the box.

OK, that's interesting - it shouldn't have needed that, but yes, a reboot is always a good first thing to try.

I actually thought it was going to be worse than that - e.g. using the wrong remote control! I know some TVs have FFWD and RWD buttons on them, which I'm sure could confuse some.

I'm glad the fix was really simple.  Thanks for updating.

I do have the remote with FFWD and RWD buttons, they did not work either.
