@sea2dog

     On my EETVBOXPRPO Youview TV Guide Channel 56 is showing (and viewable) as Channel 56 That's TV (UK).

         Any chance it has been somehow hidden - if so press Yellow (Hidden Channels) and see if you can restore it.

      Good Luck

Maybe I'm looking for it in the wrong place, should I be seeing it on the main EETV guide?

I did a retune yesterday of the LG channels but that didn't help.

I don't appear to have any hidden channels.

My channels go from 49 to 67 with no 56 in between.

Re: That's TV Channel 56?

Would this issue have anything to do with the fact that I get my TV through WIFI as I don't have any aerial connected?

Re: That's TV Channel 56?

I think that is the reason, I googled this:

Yes, with EE TV (now BT TV)you generally need a TV aerial connected to your EE TV Box Pro to get all Freeview channels, including niche ones like That's TV on channel 56, especially if you're not in a major city; you can use the box in "IP Mode" (internet only) to get main channels without an aerial, but you'll miss many, so an aerial ensures the full channel line-up for the best experience.

Re: That's TV Channel 56?

I have a female aerial port on the wall behind my television, so I imagine I need to get a tv aerial cable connected to the wall port and the other end to the back of my TV box hub which has a connection for the male end to be inserted, this port has a blue circle outlining the hub port.

Does this sound what I require to do in order to receive the that's tv Freeview channel and any other Freeview ones available?

PS, here's hoping the aerial is in working order or if there is still one available.
