Tv box pro issue with syncing my remote

So I’ve had an issue recently where my HD channels went. I’m hoping that fixed now but I’ve been told to reset my box to allow a proper retune…after doing this it seems my remote isn’t talking to my box anymore. I’m at the “get started “ page and can’t click “ok” to get going…on and off work fine, but nothing else.

 

ive don’t the remote reset ans resync sequence but I’m having no joy at all

 

help!!!!

Had this once and after a few repairs and resets with the tech team, home and 9 then home and 7 it worked - I think I ended up taking the batteries out for around 30 seconds, before doing another reset/repair with the remote and finally got it working - If not I would call BT and speak to the technical team for a replacement remote.
