U&Alibi showing 'No Information' on TV Guide from Wed 24/09

Hi,

My EE box TV Guide is showing showing 'No Information' on U & Alibi channel (EE 343) from Wed 24/09. All the other channels appear ok.

Is U & Alibi moving channels on Wednesday or is this an issue with my box.

Any help appreciated.

@gws3  your box and its software is fine.  the EPG data is the issue. 

it would be perhaps useful if  the current issues with the EETV EPG data was posted as a pinned post on the relevant BT and EE community boards, This would avoid unnecessary concern to users.

@gws3  It may be that this particular issue has already been fixed and when you next restart your EETV box or it’s gets it’s next EPG update from Youview the data will be refreshed.

Hi,

thank you for your reply. It has now resolved itself and shows the Tv listings.

It was showing No Information for 3 or 4 days before yesterday which I haven't seen before so I was thinking there was an issue with my box.

Thankfully all good now.
