Been going on a while now, watching a show and when the adds finish the app freezes the box, I tried turning the box off for 30 seconds and trying again, this works for a while but the same thing happens. BT changed my box, last week, but today it happened again.
I’ve seen some 2020 posts that UKTV had resolved this, but clearly not.
is there a solution to this?
