Unable to login to BT TV

I am the account holder but I’m unable to login to BT TV on iPad. Get error message AJ931. 
recently changed from account manager to account holder.  Was previously able to login in to BT TV.

Is this sorted for you now?
As an account manager, the app won't allow you to log in. If you've claimed account holder rights, then it should.

Just to close this one off - @Wwd2004 had two very similar BT IDs, one with account holder role and the other with account manager role.
Once the account holder BT ID was used, everything worked OK.
