Unresponsive TV Box

Hi - for a few weeks now we have found that we cannot navigate easily around the home screen on our BT box. The remote is not responsive and sticks on one thing. We actually have two remotes (a spare) and I have changed the batteries in both but it makes no difference. The on/off button on the remote always seems ok - it is mostly the up and down buttons that refuse to respond.  Could this be a problem with the box itself, the remotes or something else?

@Flipperty  Some boxes eg the T4000 have buttons on top of the box itself including up/down  so if those buttons work and your remote doesn't it points to the remote whereas if you get similar issue with the box buttons then it is likely to be a box issue

Hi @Flipperty I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the up and down buttons, I can imagine that must be very frustrating for you.
