Volume difference between TV & Probox

Can anybody help with the setup of a Panasonic soundbar to the TV and the Probox. And what system adjustments are required. Such a high loss of sound when watching through Probox compare5to TV on its on.

@Col8034

Have you got the Box Pro set to Surround Audio, or have otherwise maxed out the volume from it?

Thats the first thing to try.

I take it the Box Pro is plugged into the TV, and the soundbar fed via ARC/eARC?

The next thing to try, then, is to look for a setting on the TV that equalises all volume sources. Most TVs have one.

If you can say what the TV is, I might be able to tell you where to look…

@Col8034

There’s a few match that description - I was hoping for a model number 😢

Label on the back, or listed in Settings somewhere, maybe.

Volume levelling on our Panasonic TV is called Auto Gain Control.  It's in the Menu under Sound. Yours might be the same, or similar.

There's also individual Volume Correction for each input and the TV. Switch to the input that you want to change and press Menu>Sound>Volume Correction.

You can also use the setting to adjust the volume of the TV relative to that of the input devices.
