BT TV BOX

Good morning, hoping someone can help. The tv box has frozen again, have tried numerous times turning it off and on again. It’s finally on but we can’t do anything, won’t let us change channels / volume and the picture is almost black. It’s not the actual television set. Thanks in advance

Unplugging the box for a minimum of 30 minutes might be worth trying rather than just switching  it off and on again.

Sounds like a faulty box. Get onto EETV and have them replace it.
