WatchFree catch-up in HD, channels in SD

Has anyone else noticed that using catch-up players like WatchFree, will deliver an HD picture, but the channels (even over IP Mode) are in SD? I think it is the same for other catch-up players.
Surely there must be an HD channel feed available?
