What TV box?

My TV box is staring to go on the blink but if you order a new one they just send an old model, what's the latest I can ask for?

The Box Pro is the standard recording  capable box.   Note requesting a new box and reporting your current  box  faulty/unreliable are likely  to be different  processes.  Which box do you currently  have  ?

Just ring them

Tell them your box isn't working 

They will either repair/replace with a new box..pro box

This is one of the benefits of paying a for a subscription service

I have the basic fibre and will try and see if I can request a replacement and that it be the pro box then.
