Last two days it seems that I am having problems trying to get my you view box to talk to my internet, on the plugs on the wall, there are two green lights and one red light on status .
Have spent two days talking to some random by employee that isnt getting it!
the error message is ymv102 and it says on the tv ‘we cannot connect to the internet’
any ideas guys?

I have a couple of suggestions, apologies if they may sound obvious but it's best to cross them off the list.
Have you reset your router?
Have you reset your network plugs?
Have you tried another network cable?
Do you have any other network plugs to try?
If you have done those or steps 1 to 3 surely BT will send you a replacement router or network plugs, or both.
I have always found sending them a polite direct message on twitter gets an affective response.
Passes the time lol maybe worth upgrading to the BT Pro box as it includes WiFi
