You view box

I want to replace my old you view box with a you view ultra HD that I have but how do I make this my primary box as TNT sports works on my old box fine but I can't work out how to make it switch over to work on this newer box I have.

When you try to watch TNT Sports on that box, it'll show a message.  Click OK on that message and it'll ask if you want to make the current box the primary one.

If this isn't what you're experiencing, then what error message is shown when you try to access TNT Sports?

@Manleynet  I’m assuming that you don’t have an extra box subscription and you have acquired your new box from elsewhere. In this situation you will only be able to use one box at a time. Follow the onscreen instructions when you try to view a subscription channel on the new box and it will then become your primary box.

Hi

I just want to replace the old box with the newer ultraHD box I don't have a subscription for 2 boxes if I go to a sports channel it says click OK to set up then when I do this it just returns a message saying go to EE flex pay to set up a subscription which of course I already have thanks for replies so far.

Could you please try launching the EE player on that new box? Does it launch?
If so, try playing a trailer for any movie you can find.

Yep launched fine and I can view trailers for films

Would be able to post or email (tv.apps@bt.com) me a photo of the screen you see when trying to view EE TV on the Ultra HD box please? I've never heard the term "EE flex pay" so I can't think why you'd be seeing a message about it.

Ah gone into settings on this App and come across Reset EE TV Data this is certainly what I was looking for thank you
