Every time I load up YouTube, after a certain length of time it crashes and then the remote doesn’t respond very well when this happens I have to unplug the box from the back, why is this?

We don't want you to have any issues using any of the apps that are available, so I can understand your frustration. Do you notice this happening with any other apps, or does it only seem to affect YouTube?
