Why wasn’t my YouView box upgraded when my new contract was initiated as my box won’t allow me to record any more than two programmes at once. Sky allows seven to be recorded at one time and as I have Sky as well as BT Vision I may have to consider cancelling and looking at whether having Sky multi room if this will be more beneficial both financially and practically
