apps wont open

since getting a new router and digital phone service my humax DRTR 2110 bt  youview box has not worked properly, have done a factory reset  losing all recordings but allowed normal use, after 3 days ok, won't open apps to use/view once again

Hi @grannym, sorry you're having this issue with your TV box.
Is the box connected to the BT hub via an Ethernet cable or are you using powerline adapters.
Is it working ok for Freeview channels?
Are the Apps and Software up to date? How do I manually update software on BT TV boxes? | BT Help
Do you get any error message or code?
