I have no subscription channels again. I called BT and the tech tried connectinf to my Prob box and couldn't, he then decided it probably has a failed hard drive and has to send an engineer out as the boxes are so expensive he can't just send a box out.
If it has a failed hard drive how am I able to access the apps on it and watch TV?
Any suggestions on how I can get my subscription channels back without waiting for an engineer to attend on Thursday morning?

I applied a software update to the box, rebooted it and all my channels came back 🙂
No engineer needed
