I set a number of items to record Today and some recorded but the ones on SKY ShowCase HD show the following when I try to play them back

Tried the soft reset first and that made no difference so will try the full reset next but wanted to ask will this reset everything back to how it was when it left BT and I will have to go back through the out of the box setup?
As the help page says:
This will give you the best chance of keeping your recordings, scheduled recordings, and personal settings.
OK followed the instructions and it rebooted and now it says Let's get started Setup only takes a few minutes. Check your box is connected to your aerial.
Problem is I don't have an antenna on my house as TSG weren't able to find anywhere to install one so I had to take the box into work and connect it to the building antenna and go through setup that way.
Is there anyway around it needing one so I can complete setup?
Have you tried ignoring the request and just carrying as if you had plugged one in?
There is a button marked "Start Set Up" and I have tried pressing OK on remote but it doesn't do anything or give an error
Do you have an aerial cable you can connect to the box, even if it isn’t plugged into anything else at the other end?
