the 'back' button on the TV remote keeps freezing up

is anyone else experiencing having their 'back' button cease working? You cannot exit from a program without shutting off the BT TV box and restarting. This seems to be similar to when they hijack your FF button so you cannot skip adverts .. it's so annoying!

Try the phone camera trick - point your remote at the phone camera, while watching it on the screen, and see if you can see the flickering. If it’s a Bluetooth remote, you may have to unpair it first, though.
